Week 16: Baked Peaches

Once you try these baked peaches, you will never go back. They are the perfect summer treat!

This recipe takes approximately 10 minutes to put together, and it features one of my favorite summertime fruits: peaches.

The toppings are customizable as well. You can serve the baked peaches with ice cream, yogurt, mascarpone, or ricotta. There are so many options!

I like to eat it with yogurt for a delicious breakfast and pair the peaches with ice cream for a late-night snack.

RECIPE:

INGREDIENTS:

  • Nonstick spray

  • 3 peaches, cut in half

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Ice cream, yogurt, whipped cream, ricotta, or mascarpone (as a topping)

STEPS:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F, and grease a pan (large enough to hold the peaches) with nonstick spray. Place the peaches on the the pan and set aside.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, maple syrup, and olive oil. Pour over the peaches.

  3. Bake the peaches for 35 minutes, and serve with topping of choice.

Enjoy!
