Day 96: Cookies & Cream Cookies

Cookies & Cream is my favorite flavor! It's so creamy and crunchy, both at the same time. So I made, two cookies, in one!!! Cookies have never been so mind blowing.

This cookie is similar to my pumpkin cookies, but milk instead of pumpkin puree obviously.

You'll want to flatten out your cookie dough before baking it.

You want to cut the oreos into chunks. They shouldn't be like sand, you want them to give a crunch to your cookie.

Add white chocolate chips or just normal chocolate chips. They both work.

RECIPE:


INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 eggs

  • 3 cups all purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 3 tablespoon melted butter

  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar

  • 5 oreos crushed/cut up with your hands - see notes above

STEPS:

  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees and line a baking sheet. Crush your 5 oreos.

  2. Whisk together the flour and sugar. Add the eggs, milk, and melted butter. Fold in your crushed oreo cookies and with a cookie scoop drop onto prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle some fine crush oreos on top and bake for 15 minutes.
