Day 31: Oatmeal Crumble Bars

This is a super simple and quick recipe for crumble. I made this dish today because my dad asked me to make crumble.

You can add lots of toppings such as: chocolate chips, toasted almonds and so much more!

RECIPE:

INGREDIENTS: 1/2 cup almond flour

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons granulated sugar (see note below)

1 tablespoon brown sugar (see note below)

1 tablespoon milk

1/2 cup baking cranberries


STEPS:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 6x4" pan.


Mix all the ingredients together and add to pan. Bake for 30 minutes and cool for another 20 minutes.
