ABOUT ME:
Hello, I'm The Bored Baker! I live in the rainy city of Seattle, where I cure my boredom by baking. I love to try new recipes and recreate them with a unique twist. I started this blog because my school and other activities were closed down due to COVID-19, and I became bored with nothing to do in my free time.
I started this blog with minimal baking experience and decided to bake something new each day for one year. Since then, I have completed my 50 States Baking Challenge, and now working on the Bread Basket Challenge!

Some of my favorite recipes include my: Mango Cake, Deep Dish Pizza, Persian Love Cake, and last but not least, my Tres Leches Cake.

If I could be any flavor of ice cream in the world I would choose either cookies & cream or caramel chocolate chip!
