Day 58: Tear-and-Share Pizza Rolls

These amazing tear-and-share pizza rolls, are such a good snack, or even dinner. If you like, you can use pepperoni as a filling as well, but alas, I'm vegetarian!

It's okay to leave space in between your rolls. They are going to puff up during their proof.

Brush with the garlic oil and top with some mozzarella and parmesan.

Ready to be eaten!

Difficulty: 👩🏽‍🍳👩🏽‍🍳👩🏽‍🍳
