Day 61: Calzones

Calzones are a great dinner for you or your family. It tastes like a pizza but it's folded over and creased around the edges. You can put whatever filling you wish, but in this recipe I shared a classic pizza filling.

I have a calzone maker. This makes everything a lot easier. If you don't have one you can simply add the filling, fold over, and crimp!

Add an egg wash to make your calzones golden and shiny!

Doesn't that look so good?

I love the crimped "braid"!
