Everything is better if you have an everything bagel right? These are my absolute favorite kind of bagels in the whole world.
When I was little I would always eat an everything bagel for my snack. It was something I definitely looked forward to each day.
These bagels are my easy bagel recipe! I changed a few things from my original recipe, and these just taste so good.
You only need three ingredients for the bagel base, and one of them is water. Which I don't think really counts as an ingredient. 😋
I recommend buying an everything bagel ready made seasoning. That way you don't need to make your own.

1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon water
1/4 cup everything bagel seasoning
1 teaspoon water
Knead your yogurt and flour together until it forms a smooth ball. Cut it into 6 chunks. Roll each into a ball and poke a hole in the center of each bagel with your thumb. Form a ring and place on a lined baking sheet.
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. Pour your seasoning blend on a plate or a bowl.
Make your egg wash by whisking together your eggs and water. Brush onto the top of your bagels lightly and dip them in your seasoning. Bake for 20 minutes. Then turn up the temperature to 400 degrees and bake for 7-10 more minutes.
