You can try customizing these energy bites with different fillings. I like pistachios and chocolate chips, but you can try dried fruits or even candy.

Skip the granola bars at the grocery store and try this recipe instead. It is so good!
RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup mix-ins (dried nuts or fruits)
1/4 cup chocolate chips
STEPS:
In a bowl, combine all your ingredients. Place this mixture in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Take a tablespoon's worth of the granola and roll it into a ball. Repeat until you have used up the whole mixture and serve.
