Week 7: Crepes

I make this crepe recipe constantly because it’s not only so easy to make, but it tastes absolutely delicious!

Sorry for the delay in posting! I was out of town and had technical difficulties.

My favorite way to serve it is to fold it and eat it with Nutella and fruit. I also like eating it with whipped cream.

I also enjoy having my crepes filled with lemon curd, especially during the summer or spring!

If you want your crepes to taste even better, I recommend making the batter the night before and letting it chill in the refrigerator.

RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1 cup milk

  • 3 tablespoons melted butter, plus more for greasing the pan

  • 1 tablespoon sugar

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1/2 tablespoon vanilla paste

STEPS:

  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a blender.

  2. Heat a shallow-edge pan or crepe pan over medium heat. Grease it with butter and place 1/4 cup batter, and spread it across the pan.

  3. Cook for 2 minutes and flip. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden. Serve with any toppings/fillings.

Enjoy!
