Day 330: Banana Avocado Chocolate Pudding

I know, who puts avocadoes in pudding? That was my same reaction. The avocadoes make the pudding extra creamy, not to mention you don't even taste them.

This is a super healthy pudding. The banana adds sweetness, so make sure to use a super-ripe one. The more brown spots, the better!

All you got to do is blend all the ingredients together in your blender. So simple! I like to eat my chocolate pudding with fruit and even whipped cream. Caramel sauce also tastes delicious!

If you like cold pudding, chill it for 30 minutes. In a pinch, you can use melted chocolate, though I recommend unsweetened cocoa powder.

Three ingredients, to satisfy your dessert craving. Give it a try, and you'll never go back to boxed chocolate pudding!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

STEPS:

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender for a few minutes until smooth.

  2. Pour into a bowl to serve.
