Day 164: Banana Pancakes

No sugar, only four ingredients, and done in 15 minutes. What's more to love?

These pancakes are heavenly. Honestly, they are so incredible. They're very fluffy and best all, they taste like bananas!

I only like bananas cooked or baked. I do NOT eat them raw. So this recipe is perfect for me. Not to mention the smell of the pancakes. It's so amazing.

Watch The Video:

When you flip your pancakes, you'll notice that the edges aren't entirely cooked. This is because there is so much banana, so it's actually fine. But only the middle of the edges should seem uncooked.

I used whole wheat flour to make it healthier, you don't taste it at all, so I definitely recommend it.
