Day 192: Cauliflower Pizza

Cauliflower pizza is really easy to make. No proofing required! You don't even taste the difference from normal pizza dough.

Yup, that's right. You can't taste the cauliflower! Isn't that amazing? Now I really don't like cauliflower.

It's my least favorite vegetable of all time, so I was really stepping out of my comfort zone when I decided to make this.

But as I took my first bite, I didn't taste it at all. It was amazing! This is the perfect dish to trick you kids into eating cauliflower.

Let me admit one thing: I ate a lot of this pizza. It's a thin crust pizza with a great flavor! Make sure to grind you cauliflower up so you don't taste big bites of cauliflower.
