Day 332: Chia Pudding

I love chia pudding. It's simple and healthy. Chia pudding is a great way to eat your breakfast or snack.

If you want to make this chia pudding extra special, add some unsweetened cocoa powder! 1/4 cup cocoa powder will be perfect! Don't use the pureed berries if you want to make this a chocolate chia pudding!

Use any milk you want, they will all work for this recipe. Almond, oat, coconut, or even just plain milk!

Once you mix all the chia pudding base, now all you got to do is chill the mixture in the fridge!

Add pureed fruit (I chose blueberries, but strawberries/raspberries will work) on the bottom and layer the chia pudding base on top. Top this pudding off with fresh berries and even whipped cream!
