Classic pancakes are a great way to start the morning, but it's just gets boring sometimes. Introducing chocolate chip pancakes. The best of them all!
I love breakfast. First off, it begins your day, and you don't have to be judged for eating sweets.
Let's just clarify that these pancakes are buttermilk pancakes, my favorite. They're so soft and fluffy, it's to die for.
These are also filled with chocolate chips as well, not just on the top.
Okay, let's talk some tricks:
You really don't want to over mix the batter. It loses it's height, and it just won't look right.
Use all of the 2 tablespoons worth of sugar. It makes a difference!
Don't burn your pancakes. It's a really common problem - even I do it. Make sure to cook your pancakes at very low heat. That should solve your problem!
Lastly make sure to eat your pancakes warm, with maple syrup and some butter.
