Day 20: Brazilian Cheese Bread (Pao de Queijo)

This recipe is really nice to eat at dinner. It's warm and cheesy, and super easy to make!

The hands on time is 3 minutes, and it's even gluten free!

Blend every single ingredient together, but make sure you add the tapioca flour LAST!

Fill each cup 3/4 of the way full.

Bake for 15 minutes - this is what it should look like when it's done.



RECIPE:


INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup milk

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup tapioca flour

1 egg

1/2 cup sharp chedder cheese

1/2 cup parmesan cheese



STEPS:

Preheat the oven 375 and butter a muffin pan.


In a blender add all the ingredients making sure you add the tapioca flour LAST! Blend for a minute, and transfer into the muffin tin making sure you fill each cup 3/4 of the way full.


Bake for 15 minutes, cool and serve.
