Day 24: Mini Chocolate Cakes

Today I made these adorable mini chocolate cakes! They are so simple and really taste good, not to mention they are gluten free!

This is the melted butter, I didn't have chocolate chips so I used a dark chocolate bar and worked out really well!

Combine all the dry ingredients, by whisking everything together.

Once you'e combined both the chocolate and the dry ingredients together, fill 3/4 full and bake.

After you chill these cakes, warm up in the microwave and serve!



RECIPE:

INGREDIENTS: 1 cup chocolate chips

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch

3 eggs

1/4 cup warm water

1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt


STEPS:

Preheat oven to 270 degrees and butter 7 ramekins, place on a baking sheet.a


Melt chocolate chips and butter in a microwave for 2 minutes or until melted.


Whisk sugar and cornstarch and add eggs, water vanilla extract and salt. Add this mixture into the melted butter/chocolate chips. Fill 3/4 full and bake for 22 minutes.


Cover with plastic wrap and cool for 1 1/2 in the refrigerator and serve.
