Day 49: Potato Chips

As the last day of the countdown dawns, I made these super easy, and yummy potato chips. What I love it that you can just make these in a snap! Make sure you eat them right away or they could get soggy!

Fun Fact: The potato chips will get soggy because they absorb the humidity of the air!




  • 2 potatoes, peeled.

  • 2 teaspoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon salt


Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and grease a baking sheet.

Slice the potatoes into thin(ish) strips, and toss in bowl with the olive oil. Line on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately.
