Day 300: Geode Cake

Happy 300th day! How did time fly by so fast? Only 65 days more to go. It's so crazy that I've come this far!

Thank you so much to everyone who has supported me and tried out my recipes. It means so much to me, and I appreciate it. I'm so grateful for this amazing baking experience!

I'm celebrating with my geode cake. This geode cake is super fun. You can choose any rock candy crystal color you want. I chose dark blue, teal, and white.

You can choose purple, pink or green. If you don't want chocolate cake, try vanilla, red velvet, or any flavor you want. This goes the same for frosting.

This cake is perfect for birthdays and celebrations. It's so delicious, you'll love it! I hope that you get a chance to try this cake out! It may seem hard, but it's quite simple and you'll have a great time baking and decorating the cake!

  • 1/4 cup dark blue rock candy crystals

  • 1/4 cup teal rock candy crystals

  • 1/4 cup white rock candy crystals

STEPS:

  1. In a stand mixer beat the butter with powdered sugar. Pour the milk in and beat until the frosting is light and fluffy, two minutes.
