I love these lasagna roll ups because they're individual slices of lasagna. I like anything that has lasagna. This is classic lasagna but a lot more easier to handle when serving.
They're filled with a creamy ricotta filling and tomato sauce which makes them irresistible.
Plus these are so much easier to serve. They're not floppy lasagna slices that have filling oozing out of them. These are neat and taste just as good!
You can choose any sauce you want! I love a tomato sauce or even spinach sauce.

RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
8oz lasagna (cooked and drained according to the box's instructions)
2 cups ricotta cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 1/2- 2 cups sauce of choice
1/4 cup mozzarella (I didn't have it at hand so I used parmesan)
STEPS:
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. Mix together your ricotta and parmesan in a bowl.
In a pan or plate lay out all your lasagna strips. Put 1 tablespoon worth of your cheese filling over your first strip. Add another tablespoon worth of sauce and with a spoon spread them together.
Roll up starting from one end. Repeat and add them into a casserole pan. With your remaining sauce (you should have 1 cup) pour onto your casserole pan. Bake for 20 minutes.
Enjoy!
