Day 108: Mango Mochi

Mochi is a Japanese rice cake, that can be filled with fruits, ice cream, custard - really anything.

You can try this with other fruit. Such as strawberry, raspberry, or blueberry.

If you do choose a different flavor, make sure to change the puree flavor.

Did you know that you can also fill these with cookie dough? Tempting as that may be, it's Mango Week!!!

Use sweet and juicy mangoes. It really makes a difference.
