Day 78: Nutella Meringues

I absolutely love meringues, so any opportunity to uses meringue in a dish, I'll jump to the occasion! The Nutella brings sweetness to the crunch and chew meringue. Try this with peanut butter or jam. This delicious treat can be served up for parties, or just a snack around the house.

You can whip these up with a hand mixer, but it's pretty hard. Not to mention, tiresome. Your best bet it to just whip up your meringue's with a stand mixer.

You can also try this with peanut butter or even jam.

After you've baked these meringues, cool them for a few minutes. Then you can take them out and serve! If you don't do this they may bake in the process.
