These sesame noodles are easy and can be whipped up in a flash! You can use any kind of noodles. Soba, spaghetti, udon, anything works!
Serve these noodles hot or cold. I have always eaten them cold, but I love this recipe equally when warmed up.
It's a great, bright, lunch or dinner that always makes me happy. Add vegetables if you want as well!

1 box noodles of choice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon sriracha sauce
1/4 cup lightly toasted sesame seeds
1/4 cup chopped green onion
Cook the noodles as directed in the instructions. Drain.
In a small bowl mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, and sriracha sauce. Add to the drained noodles and garnish with sesame seeds and green onion.
