Day 307: Strawberry Smoothie Bowl

I love smoothie bowls. They are quick to make and are great way to start the day! If you want make this recipe a banana and strawberry smoothie bowl!

Add one banana, no need to mash it because it will get combined in the blender anyway.

The banana actually makes the smoothie a little thicker so I like that! If you don’t have coconut milk you can use plain milk instead! They both work. Note: I use unsweetened coconut milk

If you don't have strawberries on hand your can try this recipe out with any other berries.

RECIPE:


INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries

  • 1 banana, optional

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

  • 1/4 cup yogurt

  • 1/4 cup honey

STEPS:

  1. Blend all your ingredients together. serve with berries, granola, and/or chia seeds.
