Day 117: Watermelon Smoothie Bowl

With watermelon in season now, I made this luscious watermelon smoothie bowl. It's packed full of flavors, like strawberries, banana, coconut milk, and of course...watermelon.

If you want a thicker smoothie base, freeze the fruits beforehand.

On the top I added, pomegranate seeds, watermelon, and mangoes.

If you want to be extra fancy, serve this smoothie bowl in a scooped out watermelon.

You can add ice if you want this to be a little colder. Honestly, I like mine at room temperature.

RECIPE: INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups strawberries

  • ⅓ cup banana, in cubes

  • 1 ½ cups watermelon, cubed

  • ¼ cup of coconut milk

STEPS:

  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a blender.

  2. Pour into a bowl and add in fruits of choice.
