This Tunisian Orange Cake is to die for. It's dense yet moist and is very simple to bake.

What I love about this cake is that it's gluten-free. Instead of all-purpose flour, the cake is made up of almond flour.

Not to mention, this is also a one-bowl recipe, so the batter comes together in less than 15 minutes.

It's an easy-to-make cake that is so decadent. I love eating it alongside a cup of coffee.
RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
Cake:
1 1/4 cup almond flour
1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 cup granulated sugar
4 eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil
Juice of 1 orange
Zest of 2 oranges
Icing:
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Juice of 1 orange
STEPS:
Preheat your oven to 300 degrees F, and grease an 8-inch cake pan with butter.
In a bowl, mix all your cake batter ingredients until combined. Pour the batter into your prepared pan and bake for 1 hour.
While the cake is cooling, make the icing. Mix the powdered sugar and orange juice in a small bowl and drizzle over the cooled cake.
Enjoy!
