Day 170: Brookies

Happy day 170! Half brownie, half cookie, what more could you want? The flavor combination of this cookie (or should I say brookie?) is out of this world!

Today was the last day of my own lunch camp, it was so much fun! Check out my camps tab on the menu to register for upcoming camps!

In the two days we made kitchen sink cookies, pizza, Caesar salad, lasagna, garlic bread...and brookies!

These brookies are so fun to make! You take two balls (one brownie dough, one cookie dough) and just roll them together. Flatten, and bake!

The brownie dough will be slightly sticky (it should be stiff too). It should hold it's shape and not be runny. Think cookie dough.

It will be chilled as well, so depending on the stickiness of your dough, chill accordingly.
