With 4th of July coming up just around the corner, I thought to make these adorable flag waffles.
If a circle waffle maker is all you have that's fine. I used my square one because it looks more like a flag.
If you don't live in the US, you can design your own flag! Be creative.
You can use store bought whipped cream, but I like to use my homemade recipe instead.
After all it only takes 2 minutes to make whipped cream. Plus the results are FABULOUS!

RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
4 strawberries cut into small chunks
2 tablespoons blueberries
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
STEPS:
Beat together whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
Add blueberries on the upper right side of your waffle. Add the strawberries everywhere else and pipe/spoon rows of whipped cream.
