This is the most decadent and chocolate-y cake ever. You would never know that the cake batter itself is made in only one bowl!

This chocolate bundt cake is an easy-to-make cake, yet still looks high-quality and unique.

I feel like every cake baked in a bundt pan is immediately more impressive. Just take this chocolate cake; it looks so elegant, but it’s still such a simple recipe.

I recommend serving the cake with a dusting of powdered sugar, plain, or with my personal favorite: a chocolate glaze.
RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
Cake:
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup hot water
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
Ganache:
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
4 oz. dark chocolate
STEPS:
Preheat your oven to 350°F, and spray a 10-cup bundt pan with baking spray.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together until combined. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 40 minutes. Set aside to cool to room temperature.
Break up the chocolate bar in small pieces and put it in a bowl. In a small pot, heat the heavy whipping cream and granulated sugar over medium heat for four to five minutes. Pour the heavy cream and sugar mixture over the chocolate and mix to form a ganache.
Spread the ganache over your cooled bundt cake and serve.
Enjoy!
